A cooperation agreement between the University “Isa Boletini” in Mitrovica (UIBM) and the Independent Commission for Mines and Minerals was signed on 24 March 2022.
The cooperation agreement signed between these two institutions by the Rector of UIBM Prof. Dr. Alush Musaj and the Chairwoman of the ICMM’s Board, Selvete Grajqevci Pllana, is assessed as mutual benefit opportunity.
Rector Musaj, emphasised that also teachers and students of the UIBM can profit from this agreement. Mrs Pllana assessed it as with special importance, this for the fact that the ICMM manages all mining activities in Kosovo, this offers an opportunity for students of UIBM, especially for Faculty of Geo-sciences for concretizing from theoretical to practical learning.
It is foreseen within this agreement that two institutions to organize joint scientific activities such conferences, seminars, training etc.
