Kosovo delegation comprised of the ICMM Board, Dr. Habib Basholli, Mr Nasuf Mjekiqi and Mr Bahri Karaça, participated in the 93rd Worlds Mineral Exploration & Mining Convention PDAC 2025 held in Toronto, Canada from March 2-5, 2025. In this event that is the largest in the world for mining industry, the ICMM Board had many meetings with different government officials and investors, where it was presented to them the mining potential, on opportunities to invest in mining sector of Kosovo and strengthening the international cooperation. The ICMM Board had a meeting as well with the participating scientists of the XIXth Balkan Mineral Processing Congress in Kosovo, where they shared the vision for the future of the mining industry in Kosovo. During these meetings, it was discussed as well for challenges and opportunities to develop the mining sector, exchange of experiences and it was discussed as well for the ideas to move forward this vital industry for the economy of Kosovo. The ICMM Board also visited the Consulate General of the Republic of Kosovo in Toronto
