DECISION

Pursuant to Article 59 paragraph 1 and Article 62 of the Law No. 03/L-163 on Mines and Minerals and the Decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo No. 01/09 dt. 13.03.2020, No.01/11 dt. 15.03.2020 and No. 01/15 dt. 23.03.2020, The Board of the Independent Commission for Mines and Minerals in ther regular meeting on 27.04.2020 takes this:

DECISION

1. Payment of financial obligations of the enterprises in the ICMM including as well the interest on delay is postponed until 31 May 2020, the decision applies to all enterprises licensed by the ICMM.
2. The obligation of the enterprises for reporting in the ICMM for all reporting that were obliged until 30 April 2020 is postponed until 31 May 2020 due to the situation created as a result of pandemic.
3. The term for fulfilment of obligations according to the Rulings of the Board for the approval of Licenses and Permits for all enterprises that have applied to the ICMM is postponed until 31 May 2020. This decision applies to enterprises that have had a longer term than dt. 16.03.2020 for the fulfilment of obligations.
4. The ICMM receives requests, appeals and as well new applications and process them as much as possible according to the conditions and circumstances created as a result of pandemic with reduced staff.
